I have worked as teacher 20 for many years, have done many year teacher in charge work. I thought that the teacher in charge is similar to an actor, should be good at playing each kind of role, in other words, the teacher in charge should be a versatile or well-rounded person. On took me: Sometimes sometimes sometimes in the student impression, is “the strict teacher”, is “the loving mother”, is “the friend, the playmate”.
