基于海尔集团“市场链流程再造”管理模式
对国内大型竞争性国企与市场经济一般兼容途径的研究
摘要: 本文通过深入分析海尔集团“市场链”流程再造管理模式,从中提炼出内部模拟市场”改革思路,并且认为它是国内大型竞争性国企与市场经济兼容的一般途径.还从国内大型竞争性国企成功实现外部压力向企业内部转移的角度对它进行了理论论证.最后通过指出国内大型竞争性国企在采用”内部模拟市场”改革思路时本身必须具备的三个条件为国内大型竞争性国企改革提出了可行性对策。

Abstract: this thesis aim to extrat the reform thought of “internally simulating the idea of market-led” by analysisthy Haier Group “processmaking of market chain”.The author believe that it is a general way of making large competitive
state enterprise be compatibe with market economy .Respectively from the following aspects “successfully realizing the ‘move ’from external competitive force internal part enterprise ”,the author will make a detailed discussion in theory. in the meantime, It point out the three qualifications the large competitive state enterprise of china must obtain while adopting the thought of “internally simulating the idea of market-led”, thus, author also give a feasibility countermeasure for the reform of large competitive state enterprise of china .
