美专家用金纳米粒子制成药物递送装置

  新华网华盛顿12月30日电(记者张忠霞)美国麻省理工学院的一个科研小组利用金纳米粒子以及红外线,研制出了一个递送数种药物的可控装置。

 


  科研小组在最新一期《美国化学学会-纳米》杂志上报告说,其设计所依据的原理是当金纳米粒子暴露在红外线之下时,它们就会融化,释放出其表面所携带的药物。不同形状的金纳米粒子会对不同波长的红外线发生反应,因此只要控制红外线的波长,就能控制金纳米粒子所携每种药物的释放时间。


  癌症、艾滋病等很多疾病的治疗都涉及多种药物治疗方案。目前已有的药物递送装置最多只能释放两种药物,而且释放时间必须提前设定。而这种新型药物递送装置可以从患者体外进行控制,且理论上最多可以递送4种药物。

Cancer, AIDS, and many other diseases are related to multi-drug treatment. At present, the drug delivery device up to the release of two drugs, and the release of time must be set in advance. The new drug delivery device can be controlled from the patients in vitro, and in theory up to 4 kinds of drug delivery.
