答对防治艾滋病问题就能免费上网

半岛都市报11月16日讯(记者李晓哲 韦丽丽) 记者从卫生部门获悉，山东省4个艾滋病防治社会动员项目日前通过了卫生部审批，其中青岛就占了三个项目。一个以网吧为基地的艾滋病创新干预项目负责人告诉记者，他们的项目将通过答对防治艾滋病的问题就能免费上网的方式让校外青少年远离艾滋。
与青岛有关的3个项目包括“低档场所女性服务人群综合干预项目”、“在山东半岛部分城市建立HIV抗体阳性者关怀服务制度并推广"三位一体"合作模式”、“艾上网—以网吧为基地的万名校外青少年艾滋病创新干预”项目。据了解，这些项目周期为8个月。目前，已开始制定项目实施方案。
青岛你我社会工作服务中心主任徐进说，校外青少年是艾滋病预防的重点人群，但这一群体流动性大、工作相对零散，很难用常规方式向其传递艾滋病防治知识。针对这一现状，他们申报了一个以网吧为载体的预防项目。按照该项目设想，他们会先找到网吧老板团购一些上网时间，制作成上网卡；通过特定的渠道投放到校外青少年人群中；他们拿着卡上网时，会先需要回答一系列关于防治艾滋病的题目，全部正确后就可以通关，并享受免费的上网时间了，从而达到潜移默化传播防艾知识的目的。
