记者在这份网上流传的“浙江卫视《中国梦想秀》节目方案”上看到，鲜少在内地综艺节目露脸的余文乐赫然在明星邀请之列，这期节目计划4月上旬录制。在策划案中，余文乐将为一名艾滋病人圆梦，这名艾滋病人篮球打得很好，一直希望能够在舞台上表演花式篮球，而余文乐最近也是加入了业余篮球队去打比赛，按照策划案显示，两人将在梦想舞台上较量一番。
