Nowdays ,I am a little unsteady in most of the time , and even little of the night , for I sleep , I feel very anxious while sleeping . For example ,I had a dream that I carried the heavy things with me enter a restaurant .And for no reason I drink excessly,when I sobered up , it was nearly six hours passed ,and I could only find my bags,some other things was missed , yet fortunately the most expensive things which a portcomputer was still there . As obviously can be seen that I feel anxious all the time. I am considering one question about what made us unsteady and anxious.How could we calm down and quiet from a loating mind.Perhaps learning can.For example:Classroom teaching is the main way for students to learn English. But in senior high and junior school, a lots of probelms still exsit in the English teaching especially in the teaching of reading and writing. Methods of reading and writing will be further discussed. Classes should be learner-centered, with meaningful, functional activities, often, classes begin by finding out what the students don’t know. These classes operate on the assumption that there is a great deal of informat-ion that students lack and that the teacher and textbooks will im-pact that information to the stu-dents. Teachers who hold this a-ssumption view students as plants waiting passively to be fed and watered. But I think the students should be regarded as explorers, active learners who bring a great deal to the learning process and at the same time, draw from their environment as they develop new un-derstandings. The basic principle will be used in the teaching of reading and writing. In learning ,and the most serious question lies in my mind and attitude , I know all this , and yet I didnt check it carefully ,and didnt revise it ,only trying to find some grammatical and spelling mis-take,etc.All in my heart is sth. far away.This is dangerous ,all this meant that I cant be a real leaner,I didnthave a clearly idea , I didnt have a determind attitude.And you know , to become distinguished ,especialy in our so-ciety ,all this was needed.Then learning , as I have mentioned I am going to take the examination next month,I would say sometimes I need to calm down, that was be-cause of the temptation such as movie , TV, etc.I can read while eating ,and I wasted almost all my whole night in most days. Recentainly, I read an essay : it is said that it was full of anguish and regert . Why? It is because when he reminded the period of life when he is young , he would find once he had great talant and wasted , he find he owe a large fortune and got nothing from it , he find that once he had great power to catch anything he want yet he never used it .He also said he hope the friendship can help as long as his hope to achi-ve that goal , I believe there are many different ways , and the following may be the essence of them. The following is : One is adding sth apecial to our friendship . I believe it or not , no one like sth. boring and never changing. Even if we eat everyday , we are trying to sth different and freshment. The second is : if we com-mit some mistake , the other should forgive it as soon as possible , to be sincerely is necessary .We should shoulder responsibi-lity .This is what I want to spent more words , I feel it is the most important side.To be more positive passionate, to have a belief that this friendship deserve all of our effort.The third is: Never give up , never lose hope. Be honest and open with your friends.Respect each others differences.The friendships you make can be lifelong treasures for you and for your new friends. If one need your help and understanding anyway , or if you hope someday you can lend him\her a hand day to day . Perhaps it is very useful. IN FACT: Maybe you should learn to relax! But how do we deal with our problems? UNless we deal with our problems well,we easily become unhappy. Worrying about our problems can affect how we do everyday. It can also influence the way we behave with our families. So how do we deal with our problems ? Someone's suggestions is following: It's not a problem---it's a challenge.Enjoy facing it . 1).By learning to forget. 2).By regarding problems as challenges. 3).By thinking of something worse. By comparing yourself to other people you will find your problems are not so terrible.THink about Stephen Hawking ,fo example, a very clever scienist, who regards his many physical problems as unimportnt. He can't walk or even speak, but he has become very famouse and successful.We are probably quite health and smart. Let's not worry about our problems .Let's face the challenges instead.
