    下面是美国房地产公司最近公布的11个地方房子的挂牌价，如果有意购买，还可以把价格砍下1/3来。2008年美国共有135,185,230名从业人员，美国从业人员的平均年收入为42,270美元（注意，这是全国所有从业人员的平均收入，不只是吃皇粮的平均收入），一个人4-5年的工资可以购买一套使用面积250平方米的房子，有的更便宜，读者自己计算一下。美国房价最高的城市纽约2010年4月份中等房价不到每套39万美元，世界金融中心曼哈顿2010年3月的中等房价为每套72万美元。

    根据国家统计局公布的数据推算，中国2008年末有77480万从业人员，人均年工资约1万元人民币（注意，这是全国所有从业人员的平均收入，不只是吃皇粮的平均收入），即使房价是2000元/米（使用面积），买250平米的住房也需要50年的工资。

    中国的房价高不高？房地产开发商和炒房团永远说房子便宜，被利益集团豢养的砖家叫兽不会为房奴说话。中国百姓的收入是美国的1/30，可我们的房价比美国的还高，中国的房价高不高，读者还是自己算一算吧。

    注意：美国是资本主义国家，土地私有，房子和土地永远属于自己，世代继承。中国是社会主义国家，土地国有或集体所有，房子的使用权不会超过70年。

    中国房价高的根本原因是政府不对二套以上或超面积房产征收房产税（物业税），这就鼓励炒房。中国现在是房子短缺吗？全国660个城市共有6540万套住宅闲置，闲置率高达40%，即使现在停建一切住房，2亿农民进城都有宽敞的房子住。读者晚上八九点钟看看一些住宅小区有多少亮灯的，就知道现在房子空多少了。房产泡沫早晚要破的，破得越晚，泡沫被吹得越大，对中华民族伤害越大。房价炒得越高，整个中华民族摔得越悲惨。房价考验政府的执政能力！
