1引言
如果科研体制建立类似于体育比赛的机制，真正的原创才能有机会。为了加速科技的发展，建立相关的合理制度是关键。
1 Introduction
If the scientific research system establishes a mechanism similar to sports competitions, only genuine originality can have a chance. For example, the quantum three-dimensional constant theory (the real grand unified theory). In order to accelerate the development of science and technology, the establishment of relevant and reasonable systems is the key.
2预印本制度急需改进
保护创新就是保护知识产权，保护知识产权就是保护创新。
建议政府相关部门，建立一个权威的预印本网站，保护所有人的知识产权。
2 The preprint system is in urgent need of improvement

4光子红移及蓝移的逻辑

5速度影响光子红移及蓝移的逻辑
有一个理想实验。假如，宇宙中只有两个铁球，当两个铁球之间相互远离时，铁球辐射的光子，确实是红移。
