图片文献资料是第五次上海政府免费发放的物资。这些物资主要主要包括：胡萝卜4根（大小结构见图片，下同），芹菜1把，大葱1根，莴笋1个，青椒3个，黄瓜2根，花菜1个，卷心菜2只，丝瓜2个，小青菜2把。
第四次上海政府免费发放的物资分两批次。第一批次是：酱油1瓶（见图片），食盐1包。第二次是小份包装熟食：老母鸡1只、鸭子1只、牛肉2两。第四次免费发放物资第一批次因为涉及问题五花肉（本来发放2斤五花肉和1斤蹄髈，后因质量问题未发放）等，仅仅只发了酱油1瓶和食盐1包。
目前，上海警方已经就第四次免费发放问题肉类立案，逮捕了4名涉案人员，涉嫌销售假冒伪劣产品刑事犯罪。上海警方2022年4月19日发布消息说，犯罪嫌疑人收取政府760万元人民币（对应11万份物资，每份物资具体包括：2斤五花肉，1斤猪蹄），向上游供应商支付300万元，中间差价460万元。上游供应商许某通过媒体表示两层意思：第一层意思说，自己不挣钱是不可能的；言外之意就是这300万元许某中间还要挣钱；第二次意思说，自己供应的产品质量合格，对上海警方掌握的证据不发表意见。许某说自己和上海方面已经逮捕的4个嫌疑人约定的到仓价每份38块钱，按11万份计算，即418万元，和警方数据不一致。
上海在不久前因抗议不力理由免除了梅陇镇党委书记陈冬发（处级干部）和镇长张震（处级干部）。问题猪肉案发后，梅陇镇副镇长任伟萍、经济发展办公室主任栗爽均被免职并同时被党纪政务立案。目前事件正在进一步调查之中，本文献记录之信息均来自公开信息。
历史学和哲学上有一句名言：太阳底下没有新鲜事。利用疫情发国难财，现在有，过去有，今后还会有。只要人类不灭亡，人性中贪婪不死，有些事情必将持续。我们要做的，就是强化制度建设（张京宏、沈宗南、罗腾：《企业深度法治管理3D理论》，上海印书馆，ISBN978-988-19964-9-7，2013）。
近期国内有一部电视剧，叫《山河明月》，由陈宝国、张丰毅等主演，描述朱元璋建立明朝的故事，也从新视角刻画了锦衣卫为什么产生以及官员贪腐杀之不尽的场景。历史本身是一部录像机，我们从抖音短视频等鸡汤中看到的多是静态照片。静态照片不能反映前因后果和系统逻辑。国家监委和中央纪委组织结构调整，使得监督力量独立于官员系统（之前反贪局是检察院下属部门，纪委是各单位党委下属成员），这是一个大进步。没有这个系统制度改进，就不会有巨大的反腐成果。中国近些年惩治腐败成果显著，是习主席和党中央领导下监督制度改革后的重大成效。
疫情后，传播学在中国大陆将会得到一个新的历史发展机遇期。如何及时传播信息，已经成为社会学和传播学交叉新议题。好比上海问题猪肉事件，虽然上海警方已经立案并发布消息，但潮汕供应商发布的信息让剧情反转——供应商许某说，3万立方的冷库，做的是信誉；上海方面要求2天到3天时间内准备11万份肉——每份具体包括2斤五花肉和1斤蹄髈，那就是要杀3000多头猪，来不及的，所以，所供应的不可能都是新鲜肉，但也不是问题肉；等等。这些都是社会学和传播学交叉议题，单一学科恐怕难以承载（沈宗南、张京宏：《营销传播学》，世新大学出版中心，世新大学上海世新进修学院教学试验研究所，2008）。比如对合同中“五花肉”定义，许某理解的和上海群众普遍理解的，内涵有较大不同，等等。（完）

After the epidemic, communication science will have a new historical development opportunity in mainland China. How to disseminate information in a timely manner has become a new topic at the intersection of sociology and communication. For example, the Shanghai problem pork incident, although the Shanghai police has filed a case and released information, but the information released by the Chaoshan supplier turned the plot - the supplier Xu said that the 30,000 cubic meters of cold storage is for credibility; Shanghai requires 2 days To prepare 110,000 tons of meat within 3 days, that is to kill more than 3,000 pigs, it is too late, so it is impossible to supply fresh meat, but it is not a problem meat; and so on. These are the intersections of sociology and communication, and it is difficult for a single discipline to carry them (Shen Zongnan and Zhang Jinghong: "Marketing Communication", Shih Hsin University Publishing Center, Shih Hsin University Shanghai Shih Hsin School of Advanced Education, Teaching Experiment Research Institute, 2008).
